JEFFREY J. ROBB – Founder
Mr. Robb has a decade of work experience centered on asset management, capital development, and strategic planning. Trained as an investment analyst, Mr. Robb is a strong proponent of comprehensive planning and financial accountability. Mr. Robb’s approach to fiscal accountability serves his business and non-profit clients well. Mr. Robb has experience working with a variety of clients including a $4 billion pension fund, high net worth individuals, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and emerging businesses. Mr. Robb’s practice area includes strategic planning, grant writing, capital campaign management, business planning, and financial statement preparation. He specializes in major donor relations and organization level strategic planning. Prior to founding Premier, Mr. Robb worked with the Legislative Branch of Wisconsin Government. Mr. Robb has been a guest lecturer at the University of California Los Angeles, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Mr. Robb is currently an enrolled candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. Mr. Robb is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
GERALD SCHROEDER, M.S. – Strategic Planning/Fund Development
Mr. Schroeder has over 35 years experience in government and private sector consulting. Mr. Schroeder has developed a reputation for effective team leadership, collaborative process facilitation, and dispute arbitration. Mr. Schroeder has also developed a national reputation for structuring public-private partnerships, which direct government funds to nonprofit organizations, particularly faith-based organizations. Mr. Schroeder’s practice area includes fund development, capital campaign management, organizational strategic planning, board development, and government relations. In his prior posts, Mr. Schroeder served as the director of the Kenosha Employees Retirement System and Member Services Manager for the City of Milwaukee Pension System. While working with the City of Milwaukee, Mr. Schroeder instituted policies and procedures enabling the distribution of an $80 million pension settlement. Mr. Schroeder’s other accomplishments include creating the country’s first one-stop job center, a revolutionary experiment in government services that has now been implemented in municipalities nationwide.
NAW MAY OO, LL.M. – International Law/Public Relations/Issue Advocacy
Ms. May Oo is an internationally recognized presenter on issues relating to global human rights, health & education, and communications. Her experience includes audiences with the United Nations and the U.S. Congress. She is a featured guest speaker on National Public Radio (NPR) and has also appeared on Public Television’s “World Affairs” news program. May Oo’s practice area includes general matters relating to international law, contracts, communications and government relations. She has presented at numerous universities and college campuses, including Fordham Law School (NYC), Harvard University, University of Ohio (Athens), University of Wisconsin (Milwaukee), UC Berkeley, UCLA, and Stanford University. Currently, she is working on the Ph.D. program in international law at Indiana University. Ms. May Oo received her law degree in governance and public health from Indiana University School of Law in 2002.
ZAR NI, Ph.D. – Investment Advocacy/SRI Investment Program Design
As founder of the Institute for Community and International Development (ICID), Dr. Zar Ni has long been an outspoken supporter of responsible investment. Dr. Zar Ni’s practice area includes SRI policy consulting and development, macro-economic, health and education consulting. Dr. Zar Ni is an experienced grant and capital campaign manager, and has founded numerous international relief organizations. Dr. Zar Ni has been featured on numerous interviews on the BBC and NPR. Dr. Zar Ni’s works include the studies on: Minorities and Education; Globalization and Formal Schooling; Politics of Education; Education and Nationalism. Currently he is a visiting fellow of the Institute of Education at University of London. Dr. Zar Ni is also an assistant professor of Education at National-Louis University. Dr. Zar Ni received his Doctural degree in Curriculum and Instruction from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998.
JIANJIE YE, M.A. – Market Research Analyst
With over six years of professional practice experience in marketing and business development, Ms. Ye has assisted multinational clients with branding, market research, consumer analysis, advertising campaigns, and public relations. Ms. Ye’s practice area includes market and market entry research, international survey administration, marketing and public relations strategy consulting, competitive analysis, and US-China business communication. Her client experience at Premier includes a $15 million U.S.-China joint venture project and $300,000 government contract negotiation. Prior to joining Premier, Ms. Ye worked for Lenovo China and Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment (ZTE), both of who are the top high-tech companies in China. Ms. Ye received her Master’s Degree in Mass Communication from Marquette University.
CAMILLE KROLL, B.S. - Interpreter and Translator
Mrs. Kroll has more than 5 years of experience interpreting and translating Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese and Portuguese to English. Ms. Kroll’s experience includes a number of health care clients including Froedtert Hospital, the Aurora Hospitals (St. Lukes, West Allis Memorial Hospital, etc.), legal clients including Brown County Circuit Courts and Milwaukee County Circuit Court and business clients throughout the United States. Ms. Kroll worked extensively with Judge Warpinski (Brown County, WI) in a high profile murder case. Prior to immigrating to the United States, Ms. Kroll worked as a University Lecturer at the Macao Polytechnic Institute. Her specialty areas included psychology, sociology and political sciences. Ms. Kroll continues to study language pathology and work toward an advanced degree. She is an active member of the Chinese Christian Church of Milwaukee, and volunteers teaching young Chinese Cantonese and English.
FUE YANG – Creative Media Services
Mr. Yang is a graduate of the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, he specializes in graphic design, web design and brand identity consulting. Mr. Yang has over six years work experience. His client portfolio includes work for Waukesha County Government, local radio stations, musicians, numerous restaurants, and a variety of social services agencies. Mr. Yang’s talent and design team are employed regularly in Premier engagements. Mr. Yang’s work has been called “creative” “insightful” and “refreshing” he understands the heart of good design is good client communication. Representations in all mediums can range from conservative to flashy and provocative depending on client need. Mr. Yang’s Design team portfolio is available for review upon request.
FONG HER – Program Development/Fund Development
Mr. Her is an experienced non-profit consultant and business manager. With more than 14 years of non-profit management experience Mr. Her has helped shape several notable Hmong community organizations. Fong’s client experience includes serving on the planning and research committee which established Milwaukee’s first Hmong Cultural Charter School. With more than 300 students in grades K-8 the Hmong American Peace Academy has become a model for Charter School operation nationally. Fong’s practice area includes assisting non-profits in the Latino, Hmong and African American communities develop fundraising strategies, conduct capital campaigns, manage corporate sponsorships and establish financial reporting procedures. Mr. Her is also able to assist in non-profit program management, grant writing and foundation/grant maker compliance. Mr. Her is a graduate of the Wesleyan College of Iowa. In addition to English, Fong is fluent in Hmong.
EDWARD WITZLIB, CPA – Accounting/Non-Profit Health Care Accounting
Mr. Witzlib has nearly a decade of accounting experience including emerging businesses and non-profits. Specializing in Group Care and Social Service client account Mr. Witzlib brings tremendous value to client transactions involving government agencies and government reporting. Mr. Witzlib’s current client work includes oversight of financial operations for a locally owned automotive franchise with thirteen branch locations. Mr. Witzlib also engages in the preparation of financial statements, annual reports and quarterly updates for both private and public agencies. Mr. Witzlib’s practice areas include tax strategy and organizational consulting, as well as basic accounting systems training. Prior to working with Premier, Mr. Witzlib worked for more than five years with local accounting firm Riley, Penner and Benton, LLP.
BRAD BOWERS – Information Technology/Information Systems
Former project manager for Milwaukee based Quad Tech (Subsidiary of Quad Graphics) Mr. Bowers has managed IT engagements with national scope and budgets exceeding $250 million. Mr. Bowers practice includes all areas of information technology consulting, systems and network set-up, administration and management. Mr. Bowers is a skilled software and web developer. He has developed numerous proprietary software solutions and successfully two prior businesses. Mr. Bowers enjoys working with non-profits, including health care agencies, and social services agencies. He also has considerable client experience with small to mid-size manufacturing companies. Mr. Bowers is a grade of the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
DARYL DAVIDSON – Program Development/Fund Development
Daryl Davidson has more than fifteen years experience working with government and non-profit agencies. Mr. Davidson’s practice areas include all aspects of non-profit and government program development, grant solicitation, compliance and training. Mr. Davidson has considerable experience working with all sizes of government and non-profit agencies including municipal police departments, health departments and public schools systems. In addition to consulting with Premier, Mr. Davidson also currently works for the City of Milwaukee Health Department as a Program Manager for more than fifteen regional health care programs.
PATRICK McGUINESS, CFA - Asset Manager/Financial Analyst
Former Wachovia Securities Money Manager, Mr. McGuiness offers more than a decade of professional money management experience to Premier clients. He specializes in conservative bond and options strategies designed to leverage client investments for maximum return with minimal risk. Pat’s client experience extends to high net worth and institutional client portfolios exceeding $30 million in assets. Pat’s experience in the non-profit institutional arena includes serving as money manager for the Marquette University Endowment fund. Pat’s practice area includes all aspects of investment and financial analysis, endowment management, and investment management.
